FAQ
Can I edit the PDF's existing text?
No — you can add new text, images and shapes on top. Rewriting existing content streams is a much heavier problem and not supported.
Can I add Chinese, Japanese or emoji text?
Yes — text that doesn't fit the PDF standard font is rendered with your system fonts and embedded as a crisp image.
Is the added text selectable?
Latin text stays real, selectable text. CJK/emoji text is embedded as an image (a consequence of PDF font standards in the browser).
Is my document uploaded?
No — all editing runs locally in your browser.
